i loved how close the hotel was to everything. it was just a short walk to the station and the glico sign in dontombori was super accessible. the room was kept spotlessly clean, a very important thing for me. shopping and getting around were so easy because of the central location. plus the hotel's proximity to the metro station made exploring the city easy.

the tv selection didn't have much variety for international news channels, something i would have liked.

the hotel has direct access to the subway, this simplifies travel around the city a lot. nearby conveniences include a family mart and 7/11, ideal for quick needs and snacks. daimaru and parco department stores are just across the street.

the hotel is right in front of parco and daimaru malls. you can easily reach dotonbori strip where you can find everything. access to the metro is within the hotel, this is a very great advantage. it is very close to shopping and eating places, very strategic.

The hotel's location impressed me as the metro subway station is directly below the hotel and the shopping street is very close. I found the staff were cute. I also enjoyed the tea and desserts in one of the restaurants inside the hotel.

The heater made the room very uncomfortable, even after I turned it off as there was no air circulating the room.

The Superior Double Room featured comfortable bedding and blackout blinds, I slept well. The bathroom was clean and well-kept. Housekeeping services occurred daily and were efficient.

I found a variety of choices were available for breakfast, from both American and Japanese options. The on-site restaurants provided convenient alternatives to dining outside the hotel. I enjoyed the tea and dessert at the restaurant.

The hotel has direct access to the subway system, so transportation was very convenient. The subway station provided easy access to tourist areas like the Umeda Sky Building. I was able to easily access shopping and restaurants.

The lobby workers assisted me with luggage forwarding. Staff members were attentive to my inquiries and bag transport. The employees greeted me upon my departure and return to the hotel with kindness and courtesy.

The hotel is attached to the subway station. This made it very convenient for transportation. The rooms include everything needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered many options and the staff was helpful.

The room felt a little warm. There was no air conditioning available during my december stay.

the hotel is connected to the metro station , made travel easy. there were department stores nearby including daimaru and parco. this gave me convenient access to shopping.

the room i received felt a bit warmer than ideal. i found that the ventilation system wasn't particularly effective resulting in slight discomfort . the bathroom also had a noticeable urine smell potentially coming from the drainage.

the location is excellent, close to shopping and transport.

The room did not match the lobby's grand appearance. It felt very dated. the carpet was old and torn, and the bathroom looked like it was from the 70s. the staff member i spoke with was unhelpful and quite rude when i needed assistance.
